Elise Cochran

Nutritionist

O V E R V I E W & K I C K - O F F

Elise Cochran is a nutritional practitioner who works with complex cases. She goes deep into root causes, draws on ancestral plant wisdom alongside modern research, and treats the whole person, not just the symptom. She had a strong word of mouth practice but no real brand presence. No visual identity that matched the calibre of her work, no website that could speak to a skeptical new patient before she ever got on a call. We started from almost zero.

Many patients go through the health care system only to be given protocols that don't work or do tests that don't give clear answers. Patients lose hope and turn to alternative practitioners only to be given another basic protocol, skepticism can run high.

The brand's job was to separate Elise from it immediately.

The strategy was clarity and authority with warmth. A brand serious enough to take seriously, but warm enough to feel inviting and true to her values and deep-root research approach. Copy that described her process in honest, specific terms, not vague wellness language. A website that answered the questions a hesitant person would actually ask.

The visual language builds that balance deliberately. An earthy, expansive palette. Bespoke botanical illustration sourced and treated to sit within the brand. Elegant typography held in check by generous negative space, then grounded by moody, full photography. Every element earns its place.
